May2016 Dairy Food

Semogaaaa bisa disiplin ngisi dairy food 😝:
1 May: Breakfast: a cup of coffee (Definitely unhealthy)
             Lunch: Soto ayam + Raw Veggie (tauge, timun, kol, tomat)
             Snack: papaya
             Dinner: smoothie oatmeal+ papaya+ nanas

2 May: Breakfast: Green Smoothie sawi+ pisang + nanas
             Lunch: soup brokoli + Raw Veggie ( wortel, kol, tomat) + bandeng goreng
             Dinner: smoothie oatmeal+ pepaya + nanas
             Snack: cireng + kopi ( nda sehat lagiiiii....😜)

3 May: breakfast: Smoothie oatmeal + frozen banana+ choco powder + madu
             Lunch: sop kacang merah saos bolognies + Raw Veggie (wortel, tomat, timun)
             Dinner: smoothir oatmeal+ pisang + nanas + yoghurt
